A small independent hotel excellent for those on a budget. Popular with tour groups and individuals. A Car is useful but not essential. Very popular with skiers in the winter months. SE0808

The lobby is small, a lounge bar and the restaurant are located adjacent.
exterior
A 1960's low rise alpine building, fully renovated in the late 1990's. The accomodation wings are built around a central courtyard area where guests cars and coaches can park.
restaurant
The restaurant is located on the ground floor, with an a la carte menu as well as a buffet. the views from the restaurant are fantastic and there is an outside terrace area to enjoy a drink before dinner.
rooms
The lakeview rooms are medium in size and predominantly twin bed configuration. Each room has a balcony and has excellent views over the lake and surrounding mountains. Decor is simple, the room facilities include TV with in-house movies, refridgerator and tea/ coffee facilities.
location
In the suburb of Fernhill three kilometres (2 miles) from the main central retail and entertainment area of Queenstown.
