This is a hotel for clients wanting a truly traditional stay in Zermatt coupled with high levels of personal service for which this hotel prides itself. Each room is nicely equipped with a hair dryer, a mini bar, radio, satellite T.V and a direct dial telephone. The hotel has a fully equipped spa and beauty salon available to clients including an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, solarium and and various beauty rooms. This spa area is located in the sister hotel, Hotel Mont Cervin, which is close by the Hotel Monte Rosa.

The reception area is rather small, but there are several lounges so there is ample seating for guests.
exterior
This attractive building is painted white, with red shutters. Originally a traditional inn, the building was later transformed into a fine hotel.
restaurant
The dining area is traditionally furnished in keeping with the rest of the hotel. There is also a comfortable bar area which is a very cosy place to enjoy an evening drink.
rooms
The rooms are all individual and vary in size and shape. On average the rooms are medium sized and in outstanding condition. They are tastefully furnished in the traditional Swiss style and some also have a small lounge area. The bathrooms are in excellent condition.
location
This hotel is located in the centre of Zermatt, within easy walking distance of the shopping area and ski lifts.
