Rooms on the ground level of the hotel have the added benefit of direct access to the gardens and are better suited to pet owners. The Whitsunday Terraces Resort complex is terraced so some walking up and down stairs maybe required. If walking uphill is a problem, request a room on the Waterson Street end of the complex!
