The hotel and leisure centre is situated just on the outskirts from Waterford town centre and 15 minutes from Waterford Airport, and 45 minutes from Rosslare Harbour, on the road to Dunmore. Guests can also experience the Sandy Beaches and undiscovered countryside.

The Arbutus Restaurant, designed by Barbara Cruise, combines modern design with elegance and great atmosphere.The menu offers superb Irish and Continental cuisine prepared with meticulous care by Irish and Internationally experienced chefs. Alternatively relax in the informal Brass Cock bar furnished in rich warm timber with three floors. The scale and size is impressive, but full of nooks and crannies there is a warm atmosphere suited to small or large groups.
