Having recently undergone a 12.5 million pound redevelopment, the hotel has a very impressive, ultra-modern glass and steel facade.
restaurant
The newly opened Steam, Bake & Grill Restaurant offers a brasserie style menu, whilst more formal dining is offered at the Cheshire Room.
