Charming and emblematic building which was originally constructed in a modernist style dating from 1921. There is also an inner lush garden, surrounded by pergolas, fountains, palm and orange trees.

There are several restaurants and bars. The "Rosmarino" offers Mediterranean cuisine in a cozy atmosphere; "Gourmet" rest caters for a la carte international dishes; H-Club Valencia and Club bar for live music and finally "El Jardi" piano bar.
