exteriorOn the third and top floor are situated two romantic suites which have a views over the rooftops of the city. On the ground floor, two rooms with the facilities for disabled people have a private entrance.
restaurantThe hotel has not the restaurant. Equipped with a breakfast room.
roomsAll rooms are furnished in a delightful Venetian style with Murano glass chandeliers. Each room is equipped with standard facilities: mini bar, air conditioning wi-fi, safe, minibar, telephone, flat-screen television.
locationThe hotel is situated in a Dorsoduro district, close to the Stazione Marittima San Basilio and a few minutes walk from the Santa Lucia train station or from Piazzale Roma bus station. The Dorsoduro is a heart of the city, the residential area not so crowdy and bussy with the tourists. Around the Hotel Tiziano you can find the University of Venice, the galleries of the Accademia, the Church of Gesuati, warehouses, salt, the magic walk along the Zattere that leads to the tip of the health, the Squero of San Trovaso, the oldest shipyard gondolas still running, Ca' Rezzonico Museum of 18th century and the beautiful campo Santa Margherita or campo dei Carmini. This area is still little known to tourists, and because of that, rich of pleasant surprises.
