Lobby is large and elegant with few seats. There is a water access for taxi arrivals.

This is an old palace totally restored and brought back to its former glory.

There is a nice breakfast room.

Rooms are tastefully furnished in traditional Venetian style. They are spacious and luminous, equipped with all the modern comforts and they are in excellent condition. The marbled bathrooms are also in excellent condition. The deluxe rooms offer a nice view of a minor typical canal or the city roofs.
location
Hotel is centrally located few minutes walking distance from San Mark's Square and close to the famous Fenice Theatre. All the major historical sites are located nearby and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest boat stop is Vallaresso.
