The hotel is centrally located few minutes walking distance from San Marco Square and close to the famous Fenice Theatre. All the major historical sites are located nearby and there are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. The nearest boat stop is Vallaresso.
rooms
The Junior suites are tastefully furnished in traditional Venetian style. They are spacious and luminous, equipped with all the modern comforts and are in excellent condition. The marbled bathrooms are also in excellent condition. Some suites have decorations on the ceiling protected by the Belle Arti organization and some have a view of a small typical canal.
restaurant
There is a nice breakfast room.
exterior
This is an old palace totally restored and brought back to its former glory.
lobby
The lobby is large and elegant with a few seats. There is water access for taxi arrivals.

This is a beautiful property, in perfect condition, and ideally located. CQ 05/08
