This is a newly opened beautiful property, in perfect condition, ideally located. CQ 06/07

The lobby is large and elegant with a few seats. There is water access for taxi arrivals.
exterior
This is an old palace totally restored and brought back to its former glory.
restaurant
There is a nice breakfast room.
rooms
Rooms are tastefully furnished in traditional Venetian style. They are spacious and luminous, equipped with all the modern comforts and they are in excellent condition. The marbled bathrooms are also in excellent condition.
location
The hotel is centrally located a few minutes’ walking distance from San Marco Square and close to the famous Fenice Theatre. All the major historical sites are located nearby and there are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. The nearest boat stop is Vallaresso.
