Very good property, well positioned, and recommended for the warm, welcoming treatment and for the good quality service offered. This hotel has been classified as an historical residence. CQ 04/08

The lobby is on the ground floor. The area is medium-sized with only a few seats and made quite interesting by the presence of an ancient well. On the first floor there is a spacious, relaxing area with tables and chairs.
exterior
The hotel was originally a patrician palace from the 16th century, totally restored and brought back to its former glory.
restaurant
There is a spacious and well-appointed breakfast room with a rich, good quality buffet breakfast for the guests' pleasure. In the summer season there is a beautiful terrace with a view of the typical Venetian roofs.
rooms
All rooms are medium to large in size and are furnished with some antique pieces. Rooms are tastefully decorated in a traditional Venetian style and are in excellent condition, along with the bathrooms. Both are equipped with all the modern comforts. There are also superior and deluxe rooms. Quadruple rooms are located in the annex of the hotel.
location
The hotel is located 5 minutes' walk from the boat stop San Zaccaria and only a few minutes walking distance from San Marco Square. The hotel is ideally situated close to major historical sites and all amenities.
