It is a new 6-storey-high building painted in white and brown.

The breakfast room is very light due to a large window front and the Dominant colours are pink and dark red. The grill restaurant is furnished with a brown carpet, dark brown wooden chairs with a light coloured upholstering and pink table cloths. It serves International and regional dishes. The bedrooms are furnished in the typical Novotel style with a queen size bed and a day-bed. They have red carpets, beige bedspreads and curtains and white formicre cupboards and desks.
