Hotel Harbour Plaza Resort City is located in Tin Shui Wai, which is a fast growing district in the northwest of New Territories in Hong Kong. It 40 minutes drive from the Airport, 30 minutes drive to Tsim Sha Tui or 50 minutes drive to Causeway Bay. The public bus stop is conveniently located 5 minutes from the property as well as the West Rail Station and Light Rail Transit. The hotel shopping mall is connected to the hotel.

All rooms and bathroom are large in size and in good condition. Equipped with all the modern room facilities, these guest rooms have a comfortable seating area as well as a kitchenette and have a casual decor in light brown and yellow colors. Most of the rooms have view on the green and relaxing Tin Shui Wai Central Park.

There are 4 different themed bars and restaurants serving different kind of cuisines.

The property has 2 complexes are modern in style. Tower One is serviced suites and is for monthly rentals, while the hotel is in Tower Two.

This complex, which offers many facilities, is also connected to a large shopping mall. The hotel has shuttle busses going to the airport and downtown Tsim Sha Tsui and vice versa, which are at cost.
