It is located in the prime centre east of Qingdao City. The location was formerly the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center as well as the Olympic village. The resort is a mere five-minute walk to May Fourth Square, a popular sightseeing spot in Qingdao and is conveniently accessible to the City Government building, shopping malls and office buildings.

Rooms are small in size but equipped with full facilities. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are kept in good conditions.
