exteriorThe building, dating back to 1800's, was initially used as newspaper conglomerate - John Fairfax Ltd and later it became a Bank. The facade has been restored showing the magnificent sandstone.
restaurantBistro with street access, serving Italian influenced cuisine. Celsius is hotel's signature restaurant, serving superb Australian modern cuisine.
