Located in the suburb district of Novena and within a 5 minute walk to the Novena MRT train station. There are two shopping malls that stretch along as well as some eateries. Is close enough to the main shopping district while maintaining its peacefulness away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel is a tower structure with white and off white paint. It is surrounded by taller and more modern condominiums projects along a shady main road (Newton). The building is of an older generation and one can easily spot it.
lobby
The lobby is with white marble but somewhat discolored in places. Large mirrored pillars obstruct the view to the counter somewhat. Large chandeliers hang down to light the lobby.
