A good quality hotel in the city centre. The complex also is host to indoor parking, the Sundsvall Conference Centre, a popular dance restaurant, called Aveny, a Scottish pub called the Mercat Cross, as well as an eight-screen cinema and a discoteque. (07/07 KM)

The Scandic is located in the city centre by the E14, one of Sundvall's tallest buildings. The railway station is a 500m walk while the bus stop to the airport is just outside the hotel.
