The hotel is located in the center of Sendai City, where it is a business and shopping district. It takes just a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station or a 3-minute walk from Sendai Subway Station. From Sendai Airport, it takes about 25 minutes by airport express train.

All rooms are very small but comfortable and designed in modern style. Bathroom is also very small but kept in good condition. There is no closet in rooms. High-speed internet access is available upon request in some rooms. Double room has a 160cm wide bed.

The only one restaurant in the hotel provides wide variety of Japanese dishes with fresh food in modern Japanese interior.
