The lobby is large in size with a dinamic and modern reception desk. At both sides of the desk, there is the seating area, well refined and pleasantly decorated in warm colour that gives a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It is equipped with sofas and coffee tables. It is also available a lounge area very elegant and comfortably equipped with easy-chairs.

Rooms are spacious and furnished in a modern style. The decors are very pleasant and every detail is elegant and well refined. They are tastefully decorated in cream colour, the atmosphere is very welcoming.

The hotel is centrally located in Quarto D'Altino, the station is within walking distance. The hotel is well connected to the historical centre of Venice thanks to the underground just in front of the hotel and by the hotel shuttle bus.
