The hotel is a 4 star hotel, considered as a Superior First class property and with a wide variety of facilities, kids club, fitness centre, boutique, information desk, meeting rooms, three swimming pools, and rental of mountain bikes and four-wheels drive vehicles for excursion. It is an open air restaurant at the hotel which offers fresh seafood and local cuisine.

All Deluxe rooms with a thatched roof pavilion and equipped modern facilities. Deluxe room is located on ground floor. All room s hve terrace and all are king sized bed, well equipped with full amenities and facilities. However, this room type does not have bath tub but there is separate shower and toilet area.

The hotel is located on the southern shore of Lombok Island, on the Legendary Beach of Kuta Putri Nyale, right in the centre of the traditional sasak culture.
