The hotel is located in a green and peaceful area of Prague right next to the fairground and within 10 minutes drive to the city centre. The nearest underground station, which is only a 10-minute walk away is Nadrazi Holesovice.

The rooms are medium-sized and in very good condition. They have recently been redecorated and renovated with attractive pale wood desk and chair sets, and modern 'business-style' equipment in elegant colours. Bathrooms are modern, though a little small.

Situated on the ground floor, next to the lobby, the bar/restaurant area serves snacks and drinks throughout the day in an informal and lively atmosphere. This is a bright room overlooking the entrance, and is a popular meeting place for guests and exhibition attendees.

The hotel has a modern black and white striped exterior, four storeys high with an elevated drive up to the entrance. The building is situated on a quiet, tree-lined street close to a park.

The lobby is medium in size with a brick-lined reception area and shiny black and white parquet flooring.
