locationThe hotel is located just out of Port Douglas and on a long stretch of beach. A Shuttle Service operates between the hotel and Port Douglas village (at a cost) with drops off and pick up from various locations around the Port Douglas township and at most times of the year operates every a hour.
roomsThe rooms are larger than the Deluxe rooms (51 sqm) and include a balcony verandah and Jacuzzi spa bath. The rooms and bathrooms are all in good condition and are sumptuously appointed. The rooms face the landscaped gardens of the resort. Perfect choice for couples wanting privacy and a little extra space.
restaurantThe hotel has a variety of dining options, including a coffee shop/bakery, buffet restaurant, fine dining Italian and Japanese restaurant.
exteriorLow rise building that is set on a large acerage. The lobby sits at the centre of the resort, looking out over a large lagoon style swimming pool that sprawls around the permiter of the accommodation wings. Beyond the swimming pool, and nestled at the fringe of the tropical resort gardens, lies a picturesque, sandy beach. The resort also offers golfing facilities and a marina.
lobbyThe lobby is very large and elegant and features a lounge area that serves high tea in the afternoons.
