Heritage homestead style hotel. Refurbishment in 2004, added a Day spa; organic orchard and vegetable garden. 2 swimming pools, a sauna and tennis courts.
restaurant
Chez Pok is open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a country style menu. Rejuvenation took place early 2004.

Rooms are decorated in the colonial style and feature TV, minibar and tea / coffee making facilities. Bathrooms have showers only and are equipped with a hairdryer. A major revamp of guest rooms completed early 2004 including introduction of high-speed internet access.

Situated just over 2 hours driving time north of Sydney, Peppers Guest House overlooks vineyards and bushland in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine district.
