The Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. The cuisine offered ranges from light snacks to an a la carte menu boasting a mouthwatering mix of Mediterranean and Asian influences that changes with the seasons. A generous wine list is naturally available. Alfresco dining in Perth warmer months is available. The Bar, overlooking the outdoor swimming pool, is open from 3.00pm until late every day, serving traditional Australian beers and imported classics, an extensive wine list and an exciting array of cocktails.
