It is a short stroll to the heart of the city, with its vibrant malls, shopping areas and to the Central and Western Business Districts. roomsAll rooms are non-smoking. The Superior rooms are large and are in a good condition. Bedding configuration is either, one king or one queen or twin room (2 single beds) with the availability of a roll away bed on request. Superior room facilities include: Air-conditioning, Internet access, Hair dryer, Iron and ironing board, TV with satellite/cable, tea/coffee making.
restaurantThe hotel has a restaurant and a bar. Seasons on Wellington restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and serves western and Asian food. Ovations bar serves light snacks.
exteriorModern, purpose,built, 7-storey, red-brick building. There is a heated rooftop swimming pool.
lobbyThe hotel lobby is large. It will undergo a soft refurbishment, including the re-surfacing of the reception desk to wood and new soft furnishings throughout. Minimum impact to guests.
generalA good 4 star hotel with a total of 278 rooms. Great value for money, ideal for either the leisure or business traveller. Heated rooftop pool and fitness centre. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment program. No impact to in house guests. All guests rooms will be completed by Jan 09. The refurbishment will then begin on the restaurant which will be closed in Jan09. (rc1108)
