From Perth Airport. take the Great Eastern Highway, follow signs to Perth city. you will pass the Burswood Casino and come to a roundabout. Take the Adelaide Terrace turnoff. Drive down Adelaide Terrace until you see Victoria Avenue which will be on the right.
