The hotel nestles serenely in the famed Batu Ferringhi Beach district. The city centre is easily accessible from the hotel which makes it an ideal get away for travellers. The main beach is 5 minutes' drive away. Taxis are easily available to and from the international airport and Georgetown.

The hotel's 345 room are charmingly decorated with tropical motifs and are fully equipped with every facilility. Every room has a sea view and balcony. Facilities include a private bath/shower, mini bar, international direct dial telephone, radio, tea/coffee making facilities, individually controlled air conditioning, power points and safe deposit box. Hairdryers and ironing boards are available. Rooms on the newly renovated floors also have dataport lines. Superior and deluxe rooms are availabe with either king or twin beds. Deluxe rooms are seafacing.

The hotel offers well designed function rooms and a ballroom for grand events. There is a swimming pool, childrens pool, a small library, massage, mini shopping arcade and business centre.
