The residence is situated near the city center, in the Malakoff business area, within a walking distance of the "Malakoff Plateau de Vanves" (line 13) tube station, which takes to the center of the capital in a few minutes, and has fast connection to the Montparnasse train station taking to all major cities in France.

The aparthotel has both either double bed (large bed) or twin-bedded studios (2 separate beds), with a fully-equipped kitchen, an office area, a bathroom (shower or bathtub), and an LCD television. Studios are medium in size and have been decorated in cream and red colours, dark wooden furniture. They all have satellite TV, direct dial telephones, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and wireless Internet access. The bathrooms are small but in excellent condition. The studios are located in a courtyard and has a view of two gardens in a quiet setting.

This serviced apartment-style hotel does not operate a full service in-house restaurant. Guests may enjoy their breakfast in the breakfast room, situated on the reception level. This area is pleasantly decorated, in keeping with the hotel's resolutely modern charm. It is bright and well furnished.
