The property is situated in central Paris in a quiet and elegant district, close to the Place Trocadero. It is 5 minutes by public transport from the Arc De Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower.

The studios are modern in style and very well equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. Cleaning is made upon arrival and then on weekly basis, supplement apply for extra cleaning and must be paid locally. Both twin and double studios are equipped with sofa beds
exterior
This is a traditional, Parisian 5 storey property.
lobby
The medium sized lobby is contemporary in style and very welcoming. There is a comfortable, softly lit seating area and steps lead to a cosy lounge area opening onto the breakfast area.
general
This residance considered as a "superior tourist class" property is very nearly first class. The location is excellent and it comes highly recommended.(24/10 RC)

The metro station Trocadero and Victor Hugi is a 2 minutes walk from the property.
