This property is close to Place de la Bastille and a very short walk from the underground station "Breguet Sabin" line 5. The district is very lively and picturesque and has many cafes and restaurants. Direct access from Gare du Nord and Gare de L Est. By Metro you can get off at either Bastille Station or Breguet Sabin and it is a 3 minutes walk from here. Alternatively you can take a taxi from the Gare de Lyon (1 km).

The studios are medium sized and the 1 bedroom apartments are large. All of them are in good condition, well equipped and furnished to a good standard. Both twin and double studios are equipped with sofa beds, the twin sofa beds being roll-a-way beds. In the apartments, there are sofa beds in the lounge area and a double bed in the bedrooms. Cleaning is made upon arrival and then on weekly basis, supplement apply for extra cleaning and must be paid locally.
