The studios and apartments are in good condition. They are brightly decorated with modern and well equipped kitchenettes containing an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The studios are furnished with sofa beds or 2 separate beds. In apartments, there are sofas or 2 separate beds in the lounge areas and one double bed or two single beds in the bedrooms. Cleaning is made upon arrival and then on weekly basis, supplement apply for extra cleaning and must be paid locally.

Located on a quiet street and only 10 minutes walk from Montmartre. It is a 3 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge Theatre and the nearest metro station "Blanche". A lively Abbesses quarter, the Sacre Coeur and Place du Tertre are within walking distance. Metro lines 2 (Blanche station) and 13 (Place de Clichy station, links with Gare St Lazare and Gare Montparnasse). Bus lines 30, 54, 68, 74, 80, 81 and 95. Taxi rank 5 minutes away on foot.
