This residence is considered as a superior tourist property. Its location is very attractive: close to Butte aux Cailles with its quaint streets and cute bistros, the Jardins de Plantes with its natural History museum, the famous Chinese quarter. (1007ADB)

The hotel is a modern 8 storey building.
rooms
Studios and apartments are in very good condition and very well equipped. The studios are furnished with sofa beds or pullout beds. In apartments choose between a sofa or 2 separate beds in the lounge area and one double bed or two single beds in the bedrooms. Cleaning is made upon arrival and then on weekly basis, supplement apply for extra cleaning and must be paid locally.
location
The residence is situated in the "Place d'Italie", a very lively and busy district in the south of Paris. There are many international restaurants and attractions. The underground station Place d Italie, line 5, 6 and 7, is directly in front of the hotel.
