The total renovation of all Suites is scheduled for August 19 through October 31. Renovation work will be done building by building. September 4-30, the renovation of the pool and the main lobby and breakfast area will take place . During this time, the pool will be closed.

The lobby is medium in size, and offers a very cool and relaxing atmosphere ,with a comfortable sitting area.
exterior
The property is comprised of three-story, modern buildings with exterior corridors, set in a nicely landscaped ground with plants and trees throughout.
restaurant
The hotel does not have a restaurant, but does serve a complimentary deluxe Continental breakfast in the lobby every morning.
rooms
The suites are all tastefully appointed and feature fully equipped kitchens, small, cozy living rooms with sofa bed, work desk area, video cassette recorder and television, separate bedroom with individual television. Each suite is outfitted with the latest technology including high-speed Internet access and voice mail.

The property is located adjacent to the Walt Disney World Resort and Theme Park areas. It is also just minutes away from Sea World and Universal Studios.
