The resort is directly opposite Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and cinema complex, diagonally opposite Jupiters Casino and the Convention and Exhibition Centre, a short walk from Broadbeach's famed restaurant and shopping precinct, and just 200 metres from the magnificent surf beach.

The one bedroom air conditioned apartments are large and generally in an excellent condition. They are beautifully appointed with fully furnished and open plan living and dining areas.
