This hotel offers very good value and is recommended for its kitchenette facilities and spacious accommodation. The area itself is a great place to stay for people looking for a local neighbourhood filled with great restaurants and bars. (0709/VL)

The small lobby is stylish, with a black and white tiled floor incorporating a small seating area.
exterior
This is a tall red/brown brick building with staggered storeys on the upper levels. It is former residential building dating back to the late Thirties so is traditional in style.
restaurant
The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a 24 hour coffee shop next door providing delivery service in place of room service.
rooms
The rooms are large and kept in good condition. They are comfortable with good views overlooking Broadway or Central Park. The standard room includes either two double beds or one king-sized bed, a marble bathroom and fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave, coffeemaker, tea kettle and complimentary coffee and tea.
location
The hotel is within walking distance of Central Park, the Museum of Natural History, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Museum of American Folk Art, Children's Museum of Manhattan and the Riverside Park.
