The lobby is large in size. The lobby is somewhat old in style. There is a large counter for clients checking in.

The hotel is a large light grey building with it's age showing.

The hotel has 5 restaurants and bars. A good balance of international cuisine can be found at the Serena restaurant.

All of the rooms are medium in size and with clean bathrooms. Twin rooms have separate bathrooms and toilets.
location
The hotel is located a 10 minute bus ride from Narita Airport. It is one of the closest hotels to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus that runs frequently between the airport terminals and hotel. Narita International Airport is located 70km away from city centre of Tokyo. It takes one hour by train or 80-120minutes by bus to central Tokyo from Narita International Airport.
