This is an excellent property, modern and spacious throughout.
lobby
The lobby is of medium size and very bright due to a large window front, opening up to a front garden.
rooms
The apartments are decorated in a very contemporary style and light and dark grey and white, with orange bedspreads to add some colour. The apartments are of medium size, 29 - 49 square metres . Studios are equipped with high quality sofa beds with proper mattresses. The bathrooms are fully tiled with beige and dark brown tiles, and they are of medium to small size. All apartments are in excellent condition. Materials used are of high quality throughout.
pleasenote
For stays of less than a week the apartments will be cleaned every 2 days, for stays of a week or more they will be cleaned once a week. ( 1010/ss )
exterior
This is a modern newly constructed building.
restaurant
There is no restaurant. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor. It is also decorated in a very contemporary style with white, orange, yellow and black chairs. The walls are covered with a mustard colour wallpaper with a white flower pattern.
location
The property is located in the eastern part of the city, close to the Acropolis Congres centre and the Port.
