The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre . The airport is only 1 km away and so is the Main Railway station with its connections to the Amalfi coast .

The 29 elegantly-styled and refined rooms of the Joyfull are furnished with cherry wood and briar root furniture, with precious lamps.Other than being well lit and spacious, these rooms have high quality services such as air-conditioning, access to the internet (high-speed DSL), a mini-bar, a safe, satellite TV and telephone with external connection . All rooms have their own bathroom with a bath or shower. Hairdryers are supplied.
