Located downtown and across the Malacca River from the historical Bandar Hilir and accessible by foot to the Jonker Street thru the labyrinth of scenic side streets.

The rooms is spacious and has a contemporary flavour with dark wood and off white soft furnishing. All rooms are equip with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and individually controlled air-conditioning unit. Bathrooms are a little smaller than the newer hotels due to the design limitations. It has black granite wall and sink top. All rooms are smoking room.

The chic and trendy Palette Cafe served local and international fare. The Southern Court Chinese Restaurant serves sumptuous Szechuan and Cantonese dishes.
