This is a highly modern and very well equipped hotel in an excellent location. The top floor boasts a great sauna department with a jacuzzi overlooking the city.
lobby
The reception area is medium sized and bright. There is also a small summer terrace.
exterior
It is quite a striking building, its white walls contrasting with bright red canopies covering every window.
restaurant
Behind the lobby is the restaurant which follows an increasingly popular Finnish trend of a courtyard design.
rooms
Both the large bedrooms and the bathrooms are large and in very good condition.
location
The Sokos Vaakuna is located in the centre of Mikkeli, within walking distance of all the town's shopping and attractions, but backing onto forests and the river.
