The Sofitel is located at one end of Collins Street and has an excellent location in the heart of the Central Business District, surrounded by historic buildings and shops. Walking distance from all attractions.
rooms
Rooms are large and in great condition along with the bathrooms. Rooms come with floor to ceiling windows with blockout shutters, various high-tech equipment such as LCD screen television, high speed wireless internet access, touch-screen control panel for in-room functions and CD-DVD player. In-room safe is large enough to store a laptop computer.
restaurant
'Cafe La' opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is in elegant brasserie style. Guests can see the chef cooking. The 'Atrium' serves snacks and brunch on the 35th floor.
exterior
A modern building built 15 years ago. Tall with 50 floors.
lobby
The lobby is very large with lots of seating and large windows from floor to ceiling which makes it very bright. Colour scheme is beige with marble floor and wooden reception desk.
