Located in Carlton, overlooking Lincoln Square Gardens, 5 minutes drive from Melbourne's central business district, easy walk to great cafes and restaurants of famed Lygon street. Short tram ride to Victoria markets and Telstra Dome. Excellent location just outside the city centre.

Recently refurbished rooms are of medium size and look very nice. Bathroms are of small size and have also been refurbished. No windows in bathroom.

The ground floor restaurant has warm and funky atmosphere, featuring natural timbers with a little terrace overlooking the street and views over Lincoln Square and the city skyline.

Heated pool, spa, BBQ on the rooftop. The hotel is in the best location for lovers of good food - with so many restaurants & cafes in the area. Nice looking hotel following the recent renovations. SS1007
