This is a perfect place for mid to long stay. Great location and spacious rooms. Jet pool and spa, and a gym will help enjoy your stay. SS1108

A funky warehouse style building with a "boutique" touch.

There is no restaurant on the premises but there are many cafes around. Chinatown is also a few blocks away where you can easily find authentic Asian style cafes and restaurants.

The One Bedroom and bathrooms are large and in good condition. The warehouse style apartments have a separate living area and include kitchen facilties, iron, ironing board, individually controlled air-conditioning, TV and Dvd player (Dvd's are available for hire). Laundry facilities are also available.
location
This all suite property in on Flinders Lane, near the corner of Exhibition Street which is the Paris end of Melbourne. Flinders Street Station is about 10 to 15 minutes away on foot. You can find many tram stops nearby. Princess and Regent Theatres are also close-by. Melbourne's Tullamarine airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes drive.
