Located in downtown Melbourne in one of the best streets in town, the property is within a short walking distance of the theatre district, restaurants, shopping and Chinatown. The city mall is only 10 minutes walk and the MCG or Rod Laver Arena are only 15 minutes walk. The free circle city tram is just at the end of the street. Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive. Excellent location.

Studio are medium in size, modern with lots of natural light. They offer a King Size bed and include a microwave and a fridge. Great for either a leisure or a business stay.

There are no restaurants on the premises but plenty of interesting cafes and restaurants near by.
