The hotel has a great location just five minutes walk from the fashionable restaurants and shops of Southbank Promenade and less than ten minutes walk from Melbourne's city centre. You'll find the Botanic gardens, the National Gallery and the casino within walking distance. ** PLEASE NOTE: the swimming pool is closing commencing 05 May 08 - 19 May 08 (approximately). It is essential work that involves draining the pool entirely and doing a thorough clean inside and out. The Pool is situated on the 15th Floor and therefore will not cause any inconvenience to any of the guests within the hotel. The hotels Gym and Sauna will still be available for all Guests ** SS 0508

Apartment style property. The two Bedroom apartments are of medium size and well appointed. Hotel is new therefore all rooms are very fresh.

The property is located in the heart of Melbourne and has easy acess to Docklands, Southbank, East Melbourne, South Melbourne, South Yarra and the Melbourne CBD. It is minutes from the Aquarium and Southern Cross train station. Tullamarine airport is approx 40 minutes drive.
