The Superior room have a modern decor and bathrooms are also in good condition. Size of rooms is medium, with all modern facilities, including a generous-size desk, iron/ironing board. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer the sense of spaciousness and openness.

This boutique style property is centrally located near the financial district on the corner of Flinders and Spencer Streets, a few minutes walk to Southbank, Crown Casino and the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
