The large flagship restaurant called Nuevo37 has a Michelin star chef offering a freestanding open kitchen, a private dining room if required and . There is a great wine bar called Solano with an unusual suspended cellar as the centrepiece. Solano offers Tapas and has a Wine and Cheese sommelier. Caffe Cinquo is the casual options available all day long.
