The hotel overlooks Albert Park (Formula 1 Grand Prix venue) and Albert Park Golf Course. Only minutes from St Kilda Road Business District, the hotel is only a short tram ride away from Central Melbourne (4 kms) and the same distance (to the south) to trendy St.Kilda Beach. Chapel Street, trendy boutiques and great cafes are only a short cab ride away. Melbourne's Tullamarine airport is approximately 25 kms.

The Premier Room is available either as a Premier Queen with one Queen size bed or as a Premier Twin with one Double bed and one Single bed. Both types of Premier rooms also have a small sitting area with lounge chairs. The Premier rooms have floor to ceiling windows the views of either the Albert Lake golf course or the outdoor pool area. Rooms contain a fully appointed ensuite with a bath/shower.
