The Sebel located directly opposite Maroochydore Beach, is right in the heart of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The Sunshine Coast Airport is a 15 minute drive and it is 1 hour from Brisbane Airport.

Each apartment is generally large and in a very good condition, they include a fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge and dining areas, laundry, ensuite with spa bath. All apartments boast a furnished balcony with views of the beach, river or Mt Coolum.
