The lobby is spacious with plenty of sitting space. The whole atmosphere is very luxurious and extremely welcoming and comfortable. Guests will feel relaxed immediately after their arrival.

Three star Michelin awarded restaurant, Michel Bras in France, choose this Windsor hotel Toya as the place to open only the second restaurant. Miyama sou offering a unique style of cuisine using Japanese herbs (Tsumi kusa), and this Tsumi kusa dish is known as a fusion of Zen temple cuisine. Each restaurant offers peaceful dining with an elegant atmosphere.

The hotel is located in Hokkaido, near Lake Toya where is a part of Shikotsu Toya National park. This hotel can be approached by JR express train from Sapporo-Shin Chitose Airport in about 80 minutes to get to the nearest station, Toyako, and from there it takes 30minutes by shuttle bus.( Booking required) Guests can also approach from Hakodate Airport by JR express train and Shuttle bus. Airport shuttle bus service is running from Sapporo-Shin Chitose Airport once a day, and it must be booked one day before of arrival.
